- Meeting between our Senior Consultant and the company's executives for in-depth perception of the necessities and demands of the position in both objective (measurable) and subjective (behavioral) aspects,
- Discussion about direct/indirect annual compensation, benefits, bonuses, perspectives of growth, retirement plan, participation in the results, etc. ;
- Understanding the company's structure and intrinsic attributes of the position;
- Identification of the results personal qualitative and quantitative responsibilities as well as goals and strategic objectives in short, medium and long range;
- Casting of the target companies as well as untouchable alternatives;
- Development of recruiting process comprising several direct market approaches and research in Grupo's database for highly qualified candidates;
- Conduction of analytical and interactive interviews, research on individual Behavioral Profile (Integrated Management Assessment- IMA) for the process of profile matching process.
- Final candidates references and background checking;
- Final report introducing the selected Curricula (bet. 1 and 3) followed by comments and considerations regarding the trends and standards of choice for the final negotiation;
- Coordination of interviews between the company and the professional; full support to the client in the finals stages of negotiation and close follow-up to the end of the process.
Upon formalization of the contractual procedures, Grupo Executives guarantees each filled position within a period of six months, at no extra costs for the client.

Prospect specializes in the selection of executives and specialists for middle management combining high quality and services applied at Executives Division with specific methodology focused on this segment.
The selective processes for these professionals imply in deep identification of intrinsic abilities and operational competencies. Previous history of related practice and successful background are also thoroughly checked. Prospect's process might be similar to that used by Executives with regards to close and constant contact with the client, thus allowing further understanding of its needs and culture, but differ in terms of the methodology applied and suggested solutions.
