Founded in 1963 when the Brazilian industry was consolidated,
and in order to supply the growing demand for highly qualified
professionals, Executives pioneered in Executive Search in
this country.
The success achieved by Executives in its early years of activity,
generated in 1968 the PROSPECT division. Its mission was to
apply the same level of efficiency in the identification and
selection process of middle management positions. In 1983,
in accordance to its philosophy of offering innovative solutions
to its clients, TECMA - a division of technical consultancy
and strategic management - was developed. This consolidated
the present configuration of Group Executives. Since then
the synergy established among the three divisions represents
one of the most significant differentials of the Grupo.
The operational actions of Grupo Executives totalize around
5 thousand processes of executive search for CEO's, general
managers, directors, managers and specialists in all segments
of the market. In addition to that, it has handled over a
hundred consultancy projects in Brazil and overseas.
